Terms
- An invoice will be submitted with the completed audio transcription.
Payment can be made by cheque, payable to Tinatyping or directly
into my account using Internet banking.
- Although every effort will be taken to keep documents free from viruses,
no warranty can be given in this respect and you must rely on your own
virus protection software.
- I cannot guarantee or insure any tapes or CDs sent to me. The tapes
or CDs remain your responsibility and I cannot accept liability for
any loss or damage, no matter how caused, whilst the tapes or CDs are
in my possession, in transit, or whilst you are transporting them to
me. I recommend that you keep a copy of any recording and use registered
post.
- Unfortunately, I cannot allow personal visits to my premises.
- Clients are solely responsible for the appropriate use of any documents
produced by myself, including abiding by any copyright laws, plagarism
laws and publishing requirements.
Confidentiality
- I undertake to keep any and all information supplied by the Client
strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any person, firm, or
individual without the express written consent of the Client.
- Documents produced for clients will be deleted from my computer once
payment has been received.
- I shall
not use information supplied by the Client for any purpose other than
providing the specified service.
- I will sign a confidentiality agreement, prepared by the client, should
this be required.
